Dr. Copeland

Dr. James Copeland, graduated from The Cleveland Chiropractic College (now Cleveland University), in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1977. He has practiced in Oklahoma and Missouri, and was on the faculty of Logan College of Chiropractic from 1996 to 2010.

Dr. Copeland also practices Acupuncture, and is affiliated with the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He was also certified in Auriculotherapy , through the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute. In addition, He is also a member of the Missouri Chiropractor’s Association.

During the 1980’s, Dr. Copeland served as a college soccer and basketball team chiropractor in Oklahoma.

Dr. Copeland has written numerous articles for various publications on martial arts injuries. He has been a coach and martial arts sports official as well.

PRACTICE EMPHASIS:

The Doctor believes in a broad scope approach to certain health and structural problems. After 37 years in practice, Dr. Copeland sees no end to his career in sight, and feels there is still much to learn and to accomplish.

Our Approach to resolving the conditions we see include…

1. Re-establish structural and postural balance whenever possible.
2. Rebalance the body’s electrical system ( with acupuncture ).
3. Help rebalance the patient’s nutritional habits.
4. Detoxify the body when needed.
5. Strengthen the immune and hormonal systems with nutrition.
6. Recognize certain negative emotional patterns associated with ill-health and help the patient to deal them.
